Amanda's connection to the military community is deeply personal. A military veteran herself and the product of a military family, she has lived across the globe — from the Far East to Europe and across the United States — giving her a rare and authentic understanding of what relocation truly demands. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she specializes in serving the men, women, and families stationed at Robins Air Force Base. Amanda knows PCS moves firsthand: the compressed timelines, the long-distance decisions, the emotional weight of uprooting a family — and exactly what it takes to make the transition to Middle Georgia seamless and successful.

She has been a part owner in a real estate investment company, a mortgage company, a real estate closing and title company, a national construction company, and two franchise businesses. This end-to-end understanding of the real estate transaction — from financing and construction to title and closing — gives her clients an unmatched advantage. Combined with her Master of Business Administration (MBA), a degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Amanda brings both academic credentials and real-world expertise to every deal.

Amanda is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), one of the most rigorous negotiation designations available to real estate professionals — a credential that directly benefits every client she represents at the table. She is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). “I always strive to be the best that I can be and believe I can better serve my clients by continually educating myself. Amanda’s philosophy is clear: her primary role as a Realtor is to guide, educate, and negotiate for her clients — not to chase trending content. While the industry has shifted toward making agents full-time marketers, Amanda has stayed focused on sharpening the skills that actually matter at the closing table. Amanda arrived in Middle Georgia in 2013 and never left. Of all the places she has lived in the world, Middle Georgia captured her heart, and her community investment reflects that. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at First Presbyterian Day School and is the Past nChairwoman of the Board for the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce. She served on the Military Affairs Committee, Perry Area Chamber Diplomat, and is a member of the Macon, Warner Robins, and Perry Area Chambers of Commerce, the Middle Georgia Board of Realtors®, and the Perry Council of Realtors®. Amanda previously served on the Board of Directors for the Central Georgia Board of Realtors®, chaired its Fundraising Committee, and served on the Board of Directors for the Rainbow House, a nonprofit serving abused children. She is a graduate of the Perry Leadership Institute and the University of Georgia J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, and served as Co-Chair of the Perry Chamber Youth Leadership Program from 2020 to 2024.
